"Affiliates and Marketing Partners" include (i) members of the Hang Lung Group engaged in the provision of the Goods and Services; (ii) Hang Lung Group’s retail merchants, office tenants, co-branding partners, business partners, partners, business associates, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers (who may be engaged in businesses such as the provision of goods and services similar to the Good and Services, retail, banking, finance, credit / smart / stored value cards, insurance, charity / not-for-profit causes, entertainment, food & beverage and other businesses as Hang Lung Group may deem fit from time to time); (iii) any of Hang Lung Group’s agents, professional advisers (including lawyers and auditors), contractors, subcontractors or third party service providers who provide administrative, financial, data processing, data storage, telecommunications, computer, payment, system operation, property management, marketing and research, information technology, data analytics or other services in connection with the operation and maintenance of Hang Lung Group’s business operations, or any persons under a duty of confidentiality to Hang Lung Group; and (iv) successors or assigns (whether actual or proposed) of members of the Hang Lung Group under an acquisition, sale or restructuring of the businesses and/or assets of any member of the Hang Lung Group, or any assignee of the rights of any member of the Hang Lung Group.
